Edith Sohlström (1870–1934), also known by her pen name Vivan Holme, was a Finnish writer, composer, and gymnastics teacher from Pori. Raised in an artistic home, she studied piano and guitar from an early age and later worked as a gymnastics teacher at Pori Girls' High School and Privata svenska flickskolan.

She published children's and youth literature in Swedish under the name Vivan Holme, along with several instructional texts on gymnastics. As a composer, she is best remembered for her melodic Elegy, which survives in multiple arrangements. Her brother, Gösta Sohlström, was a noted choirmaster. She is buried at Käppärä Cemetery in Pori.
